Approximately 80 mm x 50 mm x 1.25 mm — slightly thicker than a standard business card, giving it a premium, substantial feel that people notice immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Designs with details finer than 0.2mm may require custom adaptation for physical production.  Any "ultra-fine" details can still be preserved in the card's digital experience.

We'll send a digital proof for your approval before printing. No card goes to print without your sign-off.

What if I don't have a logo yet?
No problem. If you need logo design assistance, reach out and we can discuss options. For orders without a logo, we can use your business name in a clean text-based layout.

How durable is the card?
3D printed PLA and PETG materials are rigid and durable for everyday carry. The card is not flexible like a standard plastic card, but it holds up well in a wallet, cardholder, or pocket. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat (e.g., a hot car dashboard).

Can I order multiple cards with different designs?
Yes. If you need cards for multiple team members or want different layouts, simply place separate orders or contact us before ordering to discuss a batch quote.

What is the turnaround time?
Standard orders are made to order — please allow 7-10 business days for production plus shipping time. Rush orders are prioritized in the queue. Always include your deadline at checkout or in your follow-up message so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — for orders of 15 or more cards, contact us before ordering for a custom quote. Volume discounts are available.

What file format should my logo be in?
PNG with a transparent background is ideal. SVG and AI files also work great. JPG is accepted but may result in softer edges depending on the design. The higher the resolution, the better the final print quality. PLEASE NOTE: JPG accepted but may incur an additional processing fee.

Will the card look exactly like the proof?
We do our best to match the approved digital proof. Minor variations in color tone or texture may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and filament color batches, but overall appearance will be consistent with what was approved.

Final layout may vary slightly depending on logo shape, text length, and print constraints. For advanced branding or special geometry, custom design fees may apply.
